NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR FISHPEN AND FISHCAGE OPERATIONS IN LAGUNA DE BAY FOR YEAR 2021

The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) is now accepting applications for renewal of the PRIVILEGE TO OPERATE (PTO) Fishpens and Fishcages in Laguna de Bay until end of January 2021 at the Clearances and Permits Division – Environmental Regulation Department’s Office.

The complete set of the following documentary requirements must be submitted during registration, otherwise application will not be entertained:

A. INDIVIDUAL FISHCAGE AND FISHPEN OPERATORS WITH PREVIOUS ALLOCATED AREA OF ONE HECTARES AND BELOW:

  • Duly accomplished, signed and notarized application form (Download Here);
  • LLDA Fishermen’s Registration ID; and
  • Barangay Clearance

B. INDIVIDUAL FISHPEN OPERATORS WITH PREVIOUS ALLOCATED AREA OF FIVE (5) HECTARES:

  • Duly accomplished, signed and notarized application form (Download Here);
  • Barangay Clearance;
  • Business/Mayor’s Permit,
  • DTI Registration; and
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), stamped received by BIR or a bank

C. COOPERATIVE OR PARTNERSHIP WITH PREVIOUS ALLOCATED AREA OF FIVE (5) HECTARES TO TWENTY (20) HECTARES:

  • Duly accomplished, signed and notarized application form (Download Here);
  • Barangay Clearance;
  • Business/Mayor’s Permit;
  • Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) or SEC Registration;
  • Certificate of Good Standing or General Information Sheet (GIS);
  • Latest Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement), stamped received by BIR or a bank; and
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), stamped received by BIR or a bank

D. CORPORATION WITH REDUCED ALLOCATED AREA OF TWENTY (20) HECTARES:

  • Duly accomplished, signed and notarized application form (Download Here);
  • Barangay Clearance;
  • Business/Mayor’s Permit;
  • SEC Registration or General Information Sheet (GIS);
  • Latest Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement), stamped received by BIR or a bank; and
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), stamped received by BIR or a bank

REMINDERS:

  • Only cash, Manager’s checks and Cashier’s checks shall be accepted. Payment can be made through LLDA cashier or through our Online Payment portal (once approved assessment for payment has been secured at our Finance Division);
  • Aquaculture Cash Bond, a one-time payment equivalent to the annual fees to be paid, shall be collected during this registration period.
  • Non-renewal of fishpen and fishcages, and failure to pay the required fees and charges during this registration period, shall cause the revocation of its PTO and its allocated area shall be declared vacant and shall be made available to other qualified and interested parties.
  • FOR NEW APPLICANTS / WITHOUT PREVIOUS PERMITS – requests for area allocation and application for PTO shall be entertained not earlier than February 2021. The Order of Preference in granting PTO for new aquaculture operators shall follow the hierarchy stated under Section 9 of LLDA Board Resolution No. 561, series of 2019.
