SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:

LLDA Office Hours Effective June 1, 2020

Mondays: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays to Fridays: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

Persons, natural or juridical, with existing and/or new development projects and activities within the Laguna de Bay Region (LLDA BR No. 408, s. 2011).

MUST READ:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Duly accomplished and notarized Application Form.
  2. Photocopy of Environmental Compliance Certificate OR Certificate of Non-Coverage, whichever is applicable.
  3. Photocopy of SEC-approved Articles of Incorporation (for corporation) OR Articles of Cooperative duly approved by CDA (for cooperative) OR valid Certificate of Business Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry (for single proprietorship).
  4. Locational Clearance, if available; otherwise, the same shall be included as LC condition.
  5. Photocopy of Environmental Impact Assessment, Initial Environmental Examination, OR Project Description/Engineer’s Report, whichever is applicable.
  6. Photocopy of plans (site development plan, vicinity plan, and drainage/sewer plan) signed by a duly-licensed professional.

Note: The original copies of foregoing requirements shall be presented during submission for authentication purposes. However, if the original copy of the document is not available, a certified true copy thereof from respective government agencies should be presented.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE:

CLIENT LLDA
1 Submits accomplished application form and necessary requirements. Evaluates accomplished application form, necessary requirements, and assesses fees. CPD Staff 30 minutes
2 Proceeds to FD for the payment of corresponding fees.
  • Reviews and approves assessment
  • Receives payment and issues Official Receipt.
  • Accountant / FD Chief
  • Cashier
15 minutes
3 Returns to CPD for submission of application form and proof of payment. Receives application form and proof of payment. CPD Staff 15 minutes
4 Conducts inspection and prepares inspection report. CPD Staff 2 working days
5 Evaluates and processes application for LC. Case Handler 1 working day
6 Reviews inspection report and application.

  • If approved, recommends approval of LC and proceed to next step.
  • If disapproved, prepares Notice of Denial.
CPD Chief / ERD Manager 30 minutes
7 Approves LC / signs Notice of Denial. OGM / General Manager 30 minutes
8 Receives LC / Notice of Denial Releases approved LC / Notice of Denial. CPD Staff 15 minutes

PROCESSING PERIOD:   20 working days

NOTES:

  1. The foregoing process applies to application with complete requirements and without pending case.
  2. Application forms are available from http://llda.gov.ph or frontline desk.
  3. In How to Avail the Service section, “Duration” refers to the time allotted for each activity, excluding queuing time. Processing Period refers to the time from the acceptance of duly accomplished application form up to the approval of the same, including queuing time.
