Description
Supply of tools and materials for the thermal scanning of electrical panels at LLDA Building.

Specification:

Building electrical system: 400 Volt 3 phase 60 Hz
No. of electrical panels: 40 panels

Terms and Condition:

1. Thermal scanning must be conducted by a certified Thermographer.
2. The provider must conduct inspection to the site for evaluation.
3. Submission of report (soft and hard copy) including its findings and recommendation.

Note: The following documents must be included in the submission of sealed price quotation.

Supply of tools and labor for the installation of additional nine (9) units smoke detectors at LLDA Laboratory.

FDAS Specification:

• FACP Panel: GST 200-2/1
• 235 devices, input current 0.5A input voltage 220-230V AC

Smoke Detector Specification:

• Brand/Model: GST I-9102
• Standby Current:≤0.8mA, Alarm Current:≤0.5A, Operating voltage loop 24V (16-28V)

Scope of Works:

1. Inspection of the area for the additional smoke detector.
2. Submission of quotation for the supply of labor and materials.
3. Installation of additional smoke detector including the programming of detector.
4. After testing and commissioning works, submit the Warranty Certificate good for one (1) year

Note: The following documents must be included in the submission of sealed price quotation.
