SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
LLDA Office Hours Effective June 1, 2020

Mondays: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays to Fridays: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

Persons, natural or juridical, discharging regulated effluent or liquid wastes located within the Laguna de Bay Region, with an LLDA-issued Discharge Permit and are subject of re-validation.

MUST READ:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Duly accomplished Application Form.
  2. Original copy of the LLDA-issued Discharge Permit

EXISITNG FEES (as of July 2018):

1. Processing fee : PhP 5,000.00

2. Fixed Fee : Depending on the water volume, to wit:

  • Conventional Pollutants
    • Small Scale, less than 30m3/day : PHP 8,000.00
    • Medium Scale, 30 to 150m3/day : 16,000.00
    • Large Scale, more than 150m3/day : 24,000.00
  • With Heavy Metals
    • Medium Scale, 150m3/day  or less : PHP 16,000.00
    • Large Scale, more than 150m3/day : 24,000.00

3. Variable Fee (BOD and TSS as the EUF charging parameters)

  • Within the effluent standards : PHP 5.00 per kg of BOD or TSS
  • Exceeding the standards : PHP 30.00 per kg of BOD or TSS

  1. The foregoing process applies to application with complete requirements and without pending case.
  2. Application forms are available for download (please see the top of this page) or at the frontline desk.
  3. In How to Avail the Service section, Duration refers to the time allotted for each activity, excluding queuing time. Processing Period refers to the time from the acceptance of duly accomplished application form up to the approval of the same, including queuing time.
