SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:

Mondays: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays to Fridays: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

Persons, natural or juridical, who has the potential to discharge or discharging regulated effluent or liquid wastes located within the Laguna de Bay Region, whether new or existing development projects, installations and activities that are required to secure a Discharge Permit, pursuant to LLDA Board Resolution No. 322 series of 2007 or the Modified Wastewater Charge System in the Laguna de Bay Region.

MUST READ:

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Duly accomplished and notarized Application Form.
  2. Photocopy of LLDA Clearance.
  3. Water bills/readings for the last three (3) months registered in the name of the applicant.
  4. Water Treatment Facility and Drainage Plan layout, with complete specifications of the treatment process.
  5. Engineer’s Report/Technical Report, which includes the following information:
    • The declaration of production capacity stating the quantity or volume and the generic name(s) of product, the nature and character of applicant’s waste, its chemical composition, total daily volume of discharge of raw waste, treatment process, and estimate treatment efficiency; and
    • The total daily volume of water composition and discharge of finally treated waste or effluent

EXISTING FEES (as of July 2018)

1. Processing fee : PHP 5,000.00
2. Fixed fee
: depending on the water volume, to wit:

a. Conventional Pollutants

      • Small Scale, less than 30m3/day : PHP 8,000.00
      • Medium Scale, 30 to 150m3/day : 16,000.00
      • Large Scale, more than 150m3/day : 24,000.00

b. With Heavy Metals

      • Medium Scale, 150m3/day or less : PHP 16,000.00
      • Large Scale, more than 150m3/day : 24,000.00

3. Variable Fee (BOD and TSS as the EUF charging parameters)

    • Within the effluent standards : PHP 5.00 per kg of BOD or TSS
    • Exceeding the standards : PHP 30.00 per kg of BOD or TSS

PROCESSING PERIOD:  20 working days

NOTES:

  1. The foregoing process applies to application with complete requirements and without pending case.

  2. Application forms are available from http://llda.gov.ph or frontline desk.

  3. In case of non-compliance to the applicable effluent standards, the results of evaluation shall be endorsed to ED for the preparation and issuance of NOV. The NOV shall also state that the application is held in abeyance pending compliance with the effluent regulations.

  4. In the How to Avail the Service section, “Duration” refers to the time allotted for each activity, excluding queuing time. Processing Period refers to the time from the acceptance of duly accomplished application form up to the approval of the same, including queuing time.
