Due to the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) on March 15, 2020, LLDA has limited its day-to-day operation to a bare minimum. LLDA’s operation under the so-called “New Normal” workplace will resume once the ECQ is lifted in the NCR.

With regards to the renewal of regulatory permits and submission of reportorial documents and other regulatory requirements, these services are currently suspended for the duration of the ECQ. Clients are not required to apply/renew their permits and/or submit regulatory requirements such as Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) while the ECQ is still in place. Once the ECQ is lifted, clients will be given one month to apply/renew their permits and submit the necessary regulatory requirements. Failure to apply/renew permits and submit regulatory requirements within this time period will result to penalty.

Any amendments to these current issuances and guidelines will be issued thru a Memorandum Circular and will be posted in our official website and LLDA Facebook page.

Likewise, suspension of Continuing Environmental Education Program/Seminar (CEEP/CEES) are still in place. During this pandemic, social distancing is of the utmost importance in order to avoid the spread of COVID-19 virus. Thus, LLDA has deemed it necessary to suspend the conduct of its CEEP/CEES to ensure the safety of its clients and employees. The LLDA will study alternative modes to provide training requirement, in consultation with our stakeholders. For the meantime, the conducts of CEEP/CEES are suspended until further notice.
