Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) successfully passes the 2
nd Surveillance Audit conducted by AJA Registrars Inc. on 13 October 2017 and able to submit its rectifications plans for minor nonconformities that were identified during the said audit within the prescribed period.  

The audit covers core, management, and support processes of LLDA using random samplings, interviews, and examination of records.

According to GM Joey C. Medina, “LLDA shall continue to implement quality management system initiatives to improve its various processes because our performance as a government agency impacts national competitiveness and growth”.

Reinforcing his drive towards an efficient and effective public service in LLDA, GM Medina vows to pursue certification based on ISO 9001:2015 version. He has instructed all heads of departments, divisions, and offices to continually upgrade their respective managed processes. 

ISO 9001 certified organizations are required to undergo annual surveillance audits to prove that its management system is still updated and successfully being implemented according to the requirements of the said quality standards.
