LAKE AND RIVER FORUM

The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) hosted the Lake and River Forum, with the theme “Sharing of Knowledge and Experiences in Resource Conservation,” at the Pavillon Hall of San Pedro City, Cataquiz Subd., Brgy.Poblacion, San Pedro, Laguna.

The forum brought together numerous stakeholders and aimed to educate participants on the “Behavior of Lakes and Rivers,” as well as inform the pubic about the “Laws and Guidelines on the Conservation of Inland Waters.” Also, one of the objectives of the forum was to inspire Stakeholders Initiatives in the Conservation of Laguna de Bay and Tributary Rivers. The resource speakers included respected experts in the field of limnology, environmental science, environmental engineering and natural resource management.
